St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

We believe in the Word of God, and in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as explained in the Book of Concord (The Confessions of the Lutheran Church).

We acknowledge the Triune God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the Gospel as the power of God, which saves all who believe. Jesus Christ is the Word of God incarnate (made flesh), through whom everything was made and through whose life, death, and resurrection God fashions a new creation.Va Synod logo
