Wanted to let everyone know what a great Shrove Tuesday pancake dinner we had last night here at St. Timothy. We did our best to try and eat up all the flour we had in the house. The youth group were the hosts, and there were close to 60 people in attendance. Good food and more importantly, good fellowship was had by all. (Oh did I mention we had good coffee, too!) We were delighted that the “King of Pancakes” returned this year for a special appearance in the kitchen. A “love offering” was collected which the Youth will add to the other funds they collect for their participation in the “30-hour Famine” project, Feb 26 and 27.
