I’ve just returned from our first meeting with the “web master” and other interested parties at St. Timothy.  What a delight and how invigorating when I see all of the possibilities we have.  Tonight we were able to set up Sherri, the church secretary, with all the tools she needs to keep the church calendar up to date on the website using Google calendar.  As Molly said, “this is huge!”  We also talked about our “what’s next” step(s) and the first thing we need to do is get some content for all of our pages.  This will be my goal in the next two weeks.  By the time we get to our next regularly scheduled council meeting, I hope to have everyone on board with the idea that we need to purshase our own website editor so that we can do our own page editing.
